Suit selection in store
When you visit our store you can browse our extensive collection of custom made suits in a variety of styles, fabrics and sizes. Our advisors are ready to help you select a suit that suits your preferences and needs.

Custom adjustments
Once you have selected your suit, our tailoring team will make the necessary adjustments to ensure an accurate fit. During your appointment, our tailor will take your measurements and discuss any necessary changes with you.

Payment
Once your suit selection and any customizations have been completed, payment is required. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, including the cost of any custom services.

Fittings and final adjustments
Once your suit has been customized, you will receive a message to schedule a fitting appointment in our store. During this fitting, any additional minor adjustments are made to ensure that the suit meets your expectations.

Pick up and delivery
Suits can be picked up personally in our store. We do not offer shipping services to ensure the highest standard of quality and fit. We recommend scheduling your pick-up appointment in advance so that your suit is ready for collection.

Cancellation and Returns Policy
At LOMORO we have a strict cancellation and returns policy. This policy applies to all purchases made in our store and on our website. Our products are custom-made and/or manufactured especially for you, so cancellation or returns are not possible. Make sure you consider your choice carefully.
